Call

Service 04Missed Money Finder

Find the jobs hiding in your calls.

Every call is recorded, written out, and checked for the jobs, upsells and follow-ups that slipped through. Once a week you get a short list of who to call back, and why.

What changes
Calls that went nowhere become callbacks.
Your time
A few minutes with the list each week.
Works with
The phone line I set up for you. Recordings stay yours.

The problem

Good jobs end with “let me think about it.”

Someone calls about a repair and mentions the unit is fifteen years old. Someone gets a price and says to call them next month. Nobody wrote it down, so nobody called.

You don't have time to listen back to every call, and neither does your office. But the jobs are in there.

How it works

Recorded, checked, handed to you as a short list.

  1. 01During the call

    Every call is recorded.

A short notice at the start lets callers know the call is recorded and transcribed. California requires it. Then you talk like you always do.

  2. 02After the call

    It’s written out and checked.

Each call is turned into text and read for jobs that weren't booked, upsells that came up, and promises to follow up.

  3. 03Once a week

    You get a short list.

Who to call, what they asked about, and what to say. No digging through recordings.

What you get

The jobs you already paid to get, back on your list.

  • Every call that comes through your line recorded and written out.
  • A short list each week of missed jobs, upsells and follow-ups, and why each one is on it.
  • Look up any past call by name or by what was said.
  • A recording notice at the start of every call, so callers know it’s recorded and transcribed.
  • Your recordings and transcripts are yours to keep. No long-term contract.

Questions

How does recording work with California’s law?

California requires everyone on a call to agree to be recorded, so every call starts with a short notice that it’s recorded and transcribed. It’s set up as part of the install, and it plays on every call, whatever state the caller is in.

Who listens to my calls?

Nobody sits and listens to them. Calls are written out and checked automatically, and you see the list and the recordings.

Does this change how I answer the phone?

No. Answer like you always do. The only thing callers notice is the short recording notice at the start.
