These terms cover your use of valoragrowth.com and of texts and calls from Valora Growth LLC (“Valora Growth,” “I,” “me”). The work I do for clients is covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms if the two ever disagree.
This website
The site describes the services I offer. Examples, sample messages and sample lists on it are illustrations, not real customers or real results. Prices, timelines and features are confirmed in writing before any work starts.
No guaranteed results
The services are built to help you respond to leads faster and keep fewer of them from slipping through. Results depend on things outside my control, like how quickly calls are answered, carrier approval and delivery, and your customers. I don’t guarantee any number of jobs, bookings or revenue.
Text messages from Valora Growth
- What they are: texts about your request, such as replies to your questions and scheduling your call. No marketing texts are sent without your separate permission.
- How you opt in: by texting me first, or by asking me to text you.
- How often: message frequency varies with the conversation.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out: reply STOP at any time and you’ll get one message confirming you’re unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact me below.
- Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
See the privacy policy for how your number is handled. It is never shared with third parties for marketing.

The words, design and images on this site belong to Valora Growth LLC or are used with permission. Please don’t copy them for commercial use without asking.
Limits
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Valora Growth LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
